Northeast ADA Center

2011 to 2016

The Northeast ADA Center provides training, technical assistance, and information to individuals and organizations in New York, New Jersey, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico on the Americans with Disabilities Act 1990.

Despite improvements in lives of individuals with disabilities since the passing of the ADA in 1990, there is still a huge gap in quality of life of individuals with and without disabilities. In particular we focus on employment of individuals with disabilities, and how to improve employment outcomes, including recruitment, retention and promotion.

My responsibility in this project is to evaluate our programs, and feed the results of the evaluation back into the programs, thereby improving the quality of the services we provide.
